Dear 2003 Community-Based Wildfire Prevention Grant Recipient,

This is a brief reminder that your third quarterly report is due to the Sacramento Region Community Foundation by March 31, 2004. Submit four (4) complete copies of your report to the Foundation via US mail (do not fax or email). Your quarterly payments are based upon the review and approval of your reports. Even if you have had little to no activity during the reporting period (December 1, 2003 to February 29, 2004), each organization is expected to submit a quarterly report for each of their funded projects.
