Urban Fire Forester, Glendale Fire Department since 1991; program manager for the Vegetation Management Program including program development and administration, training, database management, public information, and EIR, development and landscape plan review.

Consultant, part-time since 1985; provides urban/wildland interface management services in the areas of wildland fire safety, urban forestry, oak woodland management, vegetation management, open space management and traditional forestry throughout southern California.
